The OPI GelColor Intelli-Gel Combo - Super Base Coat, Super Gloss Top Coat & Catch a Wave of Happiness is applied using a structured 3-step system. After nail preparation, apply the Super Base Coat and cure, followed by two thin coats of color with curing between each layer, then finish with the Super Gloss Top Coat. Each layer is cured under an LED lamp for optimal performance.
